That the motion be amended by deleting all the words following “That”, and replacing them with “Bill C-9, An Act to amend the Transportation of Dangerous Goods Act, 1992, be not now read a third time, but be referred back to the Standing Committee on Transport, Infrastructure and Communities for the purpose of reviewing clause 5.2 with a view to reviewing the procedures on security clearances”.
Que la motion soit modifiée par substitution, aux mots suivant le mot « Que », de ce qui suit: « le projet de loi C-9, Loi modifiant la Loi de 1992 sur le transport des marchandises dangereuses, ne soit pas maintenant lu une troisième fois, mais qu'il soit renvoyé de nouveau au Comité permanent des transports, de l'infrastructure et des collectivités afin que celui-ci puisse réexaminer l'article 5.2 portant sur la procédure en matière d’habilitation de sécurité».
