1. Notwithstanding Article 21(2) and Article 62 of this Regulation, for the purposes of calculating the prescribed reckonable weekly earnings of an insured person for the grant of sickness ║ or unemployment benefit under Irish legislation, an amount equal to the average weekly wage ║ of employed persons in the relevant prescribed year shall be credited to that insured person in respect of each week of activity as an employed person under the legislation of another Member State during the said prescribed year .

Nonobstant l'article 21, paragraphe 2 et l'article 62 du présent règlement, aux fins du calcul du revenu hebdomadaire estimé de référence d'un assuré en vue de l'octroi de la prestation de maladie ou de chômage au titre de la législation irlandaise, un montant équivalant au salaire hebdomadaire moyen des travailleurs salariés pendant l'année considérée est porté en compte de cette personne assurée, pour chaque semaine d'emploi accomplie en qualité de travailleur salarié sous la législation d'un autre État membre, pendant ladite année de référence.
