By 2 March 2018, and taking into account the evaluation report referred to in Article 22, the Commission shall submit a report to the European Parliament and the Council setting out how the Agency has undertaken the additional responsibilities assigned by this Regulation with a view to identifying further efficiency gains and, if necessary, the case for modifying its objectives and tasks’.
Au plus tard le 2 mars 2018 et compte tenu du rapport d'évaluation visé à l'article 22, la Commission présente, au Parlement européen et au Conseil, un rapport indiquant de quelle manière l'Agence s'est acquittée des missions supplémentaires qui lui ont été confiées en vertu du présent règlement, afin d'identifier les moyens de gagner encore en efficacité ainsi que, s'il y a lieu, les arguments plaidant en faveur d'une modification de ses objectifs ou de ses tâches».
