(b) tobacco grown by any other person, if the tobacco grower, in whose possession it is, operates a tobacco drying kiln on his property and the tobacco is on that property with the written permission of a superior officer and solely for the purpose of being cured and returned to the other person forthwith after completion of the curing process.
b) du tabac produit par une autre personne, si le planteur de tabac, en la possession duquel il se trouve, exploite sur sa propriété un séchoir à tabac et que le tabac se trouve sur cette propriété avec la permission écrite d’un fonctionnaire supérieur et uniquement pour être séché et retourné immédiatement à l’autre personne après l’opération de séchage.
