Since 1995, the group’s road construction activities have been centralised in Ballast Nedam Grond en Wegen BV (‘BNGW’), a whollyowned subsidiary of Ballast Nedam Infra BV (‘BN Infra’), itself whollyowned by Ballast Nedam NV.
