Le 2 avril 2013, une demande de rectification de la liste de l'Union ayant pour objet de continuer à utiliser les complexes cuivre-chlorophylles et cuivre-chlorophyllines (E 141) et l'extrait de paprika, la capsanthine et la capsorubine (E 160c) et d'autorisation de l'utilisation de la cochenille, de l'acide carminique et des carmins (E 120) ainsi que du rocou, de la bixine et de la norbixine (E 160b) dans certains fromages affinés aromatisés a été introduite et a été rendue accessible aux États membres conformément à l'article 4 du règlement (CE) no 1331/2008.
