It's like somebody giving their neighbour a quarter section of land and saying, here, you farm that, and then every Christmas they write them a card and say, I hope you appreciate the crop you took off the land this year because it's my Christmas present to you.
C'est un peu comme si quelqu'un donnait à son voisin un quart de section de terre pour qu'il y fasse de l'exploitation agricole. Puis, chaque Noël, il lui enverrait une carte pour lui dire qu'il espère qu'il apprécie à sa juste valeur la récolte de cette année parce que c'est son cadeau de Noël.
