6. For a period of three years, unless otherwise decided in the bilateral administrative arrangements, following the payment by the Commission of the final balance in respect of any assistance, the responsible authorities shall keep available for the Commission all the supporting documents (either the originals or versions certified to be in conformity with the originals on commonly accepted data carriers) regarding expenditure and checks on the assistance concerned.
6. Sauf disposition contraire figurant dans les arrangements administratifs bilatéraux, au cours des trois années suivant le paiement par la Commission du solde relatif à une intervention, les autorités responsables tiennent à la disposition de la Commission toutes les pièces justificatives (soit les originaux, soit des copies certifiées conformes aux originaux sur des supports de données généralement acceptés) relatives aux dépenses et aux contrôles afférents à l'intervention concernée.
