1. If, in the course of the recovery or notification procedure, the administrative penalty and/or fine and/or underlying claim is challenged or appealed by the service provider concerned or by an interested party, the cross-border enforcement procedure of the penalty and/or fine imposed shall be suspended pending the decision of the appropriate competent body or authority in the requesting Member State in the matter.

Si, au cours de la procédure d'exécution ou de notification, la sanction et/ou l'amende administrative et/ou la plainte correspondante sont contestées ou font l'objet d'un recours par le prestataire de services concerné ou par une partie intéressée, la procédure d'exécution transfrontalière de la sanction et/ou l'amende infligée est suspendue dans l'attente de la décision de l'instance ou l'autorité compétente appropriée de l'État membre requérant compétente en la matière.
