Would the member not agree that when we talk about getting at root causes we must talk about who is controlling all the capital, who is pushing all this capital around the world and preventing a sufficient amount of it from being distributed into the economy where there is true production in the manufacture of goods and services?
Le député n'est-il pas d'accord sur le fait que quand nous parlons de nous attaquer aux causes fondamentales, nous devons mentionner ceux qui contrôlent tout ce capital, qui manipulent ce capital au niveau mondial, empêchant ainsi qu'un montant suffisant de capital ne soit réparti dans l'économie, dans les secteurs où on peut vraiment parler de production, dans les secteurs de la fabrication et services?
