y guess of what's going on, and I'd like the Auditor General to comment on this, is that because Telefilm was exceeding its mandate and your report, I'm sure, would have been written and circulated and sent off to the department a few
weeks ago, if not a couple of months ago this bill that we have had brought to the House by the government in the last few weeks is, in a sense, what many
people would call a “cover your keester” exerc ...[+++]ise.
