Nous discutons pour le moment d'une hypothèse d'extension du mandat d'arrêt européen, et c'est sur cette hypothèse, sur l'extension à d'autres crimes non prévus initialement, que l'on tente d'arriver - et nous sommes confiants dans la possibilité de trouver un terrain d'entente - à une formulation qui tienne compte des différentes traditions juridiques, des différents cadres législatifs de chaque pays, afin que l'on n'opère pas, dans le sillon de l'alarme terroriste - bien réelle -, des choix qui ne nous permettraient plus, après coup, d'avoir un cadre législatif commun bien harmonisé.
