If a ship that is subject to compulsory pilotage or in respect of which a waiver has been granted is involved in a marine occurrence, the person in charge of the deck watch at the time of the marine occurrence shall, at the earliest opportunity, submit to the Authority a full report of the marine occurrence on a report form provided by the Authority for that use.

Lorsqu’un navire qui est assujetti au pilotage obligatoire ou pour lequel une dispense a été accordée est mis en cause dans un accident maritime, la personne responsable du quart à la passerelle au moment de celui-ci doit présenter à l’Administration, à la première occasion, un compte rendu complet de l’accident maritime sur un formulaire de compte rendu que fournit l’Administration à cette fin.
