I feel the risks to other farmers and their varieties is that if I was a neighbouring farmer who saves my seeds, for reasons that they are either specialty seeds that have been bred on my farm or seeds that have adapted to certain conditions, and if contamination through terminator seeds occurred, a certain percentage of my seeds would not germinate.

Voici à mon avis quels seraient les risques pour les agriculteurs du voisinage et leurs variétés : si par exemple j'étais un agriculteur voisin de celui qui applique la technologie « Terminator » et que je conservais mes semences, parce qu'il s'agit soit de semences de spécialité produites sur ma ferme ou encore de semences adaptées à certaines conditions, et qu'elles étaient contaminées par des semences « Terminator », un certain pourcentage de mes semences ne pourrait pas germer.
