In fact, by combining certain aspects relating to VAT on the supply of natural gas, electricity and heat or refrigeration with the tax treatment of joint undertakings established in accordance with Article 171 of the Treaty on the Functioning of the European Union, with the identification of certain consequences of EU enlargement, and with the conditions for exercising the right to deduct input VAT, we will be moving towards greater effectiveness in applying VAT.
En réalité, en combinant certains aspects touchant au régime TVA applicable à la fourniture de gaz naturel, d’électricité, de chaleur et/ou de froid, au traitement fiscal des entreprises communes créées en application de l’article 171 du traité sur le fonctionnement de l’Union européenne, à la prise en compte de certaines conséquences liées à l’élargissement de l’Union et, enfin, aux conditions d’exercice du droit à déduction de la TVA acquittée en amont, nous pourrons nous diriger vers une application plus efficace de la TVA.
