In case of an investigation or an inspection with cross-border effect, ESMA shall if requested to do so by one of the competent authorities, or on its own initiative, where appropriate with regard to the objectives of this Regulation, coordinate the investigation or inspection.
S'il s'agit d'une enquête ou d'une inspection ayant une dimension transfrontière, l'AEMF coordonne l'enquête ou l'inspection lorsqu'elle y est invitée par l'une des autorités compétentes ou de sa propre initiative, lorsqu'il y a lieu au regard des objectifs du présent règlement.
