6 (1) If, on or before the earlier of the day on which the actuarial report is filed with the Superintendent for a plan year and June 30 of that plan year, Air Canada provides written notice to the Superintendent indicating its choice to discontinue funding of all the Air Canada pension plans under these Regulations for that plan year, these Regulations, except subsections 1(1), 3(3) and (4), this section and section 12, cease to apply to the plans on December 31 of the previous plan year.
6 (1) Si, au plus tard soit le jour où un rapport actuariel est déposé auprès du surintendant pour un exercice, soit, s’il est antérieur, le 30 juin de cet exercice, Air Canada avise par écrit le surintendant de sa décision de mettre fin à la capitalisation de tous ses régimes en vertu du présent règlement pour cet exercice, le présent règlement, exception faite des paragraphes 1(1) et 3(3) et (4), du présent article et de l’article 12, cesse de s’appliquer aux régimes le 31 décembre de l’exercice précédent.
