To that end and to supplement the declaration of provision of services referred to in paragraph 2, Member States may provide for temporary registration with automatic effect or pro forma membership of a professional association or body or for entry on a roll, provided that such entry does not delay or in any way complicate the provision of services and does not entail any additional expense for the service provider.
