The Court [130] reiterates, citing the Jenard-Möller report on the Convention of Lugano, [131] that the conditions which had to be fulfilled by authentic instruments in order to be regarded as authentic are as follows: "the authenticity of the instrument should have been established by a public authority; this authenticity should relate to the content of the instrument and not only, for example, the signature; the instrument has to be enforceable in itself in the State in which it originates".
La Cour, dans sa jurisprudence [130], rappelle en citant le rapport Jenard-Möller sur la convention de Lugano [131], que les trois conditions auxquelles un acte doit satisfaire pour être considéré comme authentique sont les suivantes: "l'authenticité de l'acte doit avoir été établie par une autorité publique, cette authenticité doit porter sur son contenu et non pas seulement, par exemple, sur la signature, l'acte doit être exécutoire par lui-même dans l'Etat dans lequel il a été établi".
