On receipt of an organic product imported from a third country, the natural or legal person to whom the imported consignment is delivered and who receives it for further preparation or marketing, shall check the closing of the packaging or container and, in the case of products imported in accordance with Article 28(1)(b)(ii), shall check that the certificate of inspection referred to in that Articlecovers the type of product contained in the consignment.
Dès réception d’un produit biologique importé d’un pays tiers, la personne physique ou morale à laquelle le lot importé est livré et qui le reçoit en vue d’une préparation supplémentaire ou de sa commercialisation vérifie la bonne fermeture de l’emballage ou du conteneur et, dans le cas de produits importés conformément à l’article 28, paragraphe 1, point b) ii), s’assure que le certificat d’inspection visé dans ledit article couvre le type de produit constituant le lot.
