As it is the case in the large majority of acts, the power to adopt delegated acts should be conferred on the Commission from the entry into force until 30 June 2019, which corresponds to the end of the current legislative term, as opposed to the suggested indeterminate period of time, and the standard provisions on the Commission's report in respect of the delegation of powers and on the tacit extension should apply.
