(b) as an inspector or a veterinary inspector or other officer for the enforcement of any Act or instrument made under it, or any part of an Act or instrument, that the Governor in Council or Parliament authorizes the Minister, the Agency, the President or an employee of the Agency to enforce, including the Agriculture and Agri-Food Administrative Monetary Penalties Act, the Feeds Act, the Fertilizers Act, the Health of Animals Act, the Plant Protection Act, the Safe Food for Canadians Act and the Seeds Act.
b) comme inspecteur — vétérinaire ou non — ou autre agent d’exécution pour le contrôle d’application de tout ou partie de toute loi ou de ses textes d’application dont le ministre, l’Agence, le président ou un employé de l’Agence est autorisé par le Parlement ou le gouverneur en conseil à contrôler l’application, notamment la Loi sur les sanctions administratives pécuniaires en matière d’agriculture et d’agroalimentaire, la Loi relative aux aliments du bétail, la Loi sur les engrais, la Loi sur la santé des animaux, la Loi sur la protection des végétaux, la Loi sur la salubrité des aliments au Canada et la Loi sur les semences.
