As soon as a tribunal or a decision-maker recognizes that improper action was taken vis-à-vis an employee, that he or she was suspended or dismissed and that this was discriminatory, then clearly the tribunal must have the authority to put an end to these actions, in order for there to be reintegration of the employee, and there could also be some form of financial compensation if the proof is there.
