1. Lorsque les autorités nationales décident, en réponse à une demande d’assistance fondée sur le présent titre ou à la suite d’un échange d’informations spontané, de prendre des mesures qui peuvent être mises en œuvre uniquement avec l’autorisation ou à la demande d’une autorité judiciaire, elles communiquent à l’État membre concerné et à la Commission toute information sur ces mesures liée à la pêche INN ou aux infractions graves visées à l’article 42, paragraphe 1, points b) et c), du règlement (CE) no 1005/2008, ou à des infractions au présent règlement.
1. Where national authorities decide, in response to a request for assistance based on this Title or following a spontaneous exchange of information, to take measures which may be implemented only with the authorisation or at the demand of a judicial authority, they shall communicate to the Member State concerned and the Commission any information on those measures which is related to IUU fishing or serious infringements referred to in Article 42(1)(b) and (c) of Regulation (EC) No 1005/2008, or to infringements of this Regulation.
