88. se félicite de la mise en œuvre de réformes politiques en Jordanie; regrette toutefois le recours à des tribunaux militaires pour des affaires relevant de la liberté d'expression, ce qui est contraire à la constitution du pays, la modification de la loi sur la presse et les publications portant sur les publications électroniques, et les retards pris dans le renforcement de l'indépendance de la justice;
88. Welcomes the implementation of political reforms in Jordan; deplores, however, the use of military tribunals to try cases involving freedom of expression, a practice which represents a breach of the country’s constitution, as well as the amendment of the law on the press and publications concerning electronic publications and the delays in strengthening the independence of the legal system;
