Mon objection est que si l'intention est de faire une nomination pour une période indéterminée ou pour une période déterminée par le commissaire, alors on devrait le dire clairement plutôt que d'employer une terminologie qui se rapporte aux nominations du gouverneur en conseil ou d'un lieutenant- gouverneur en conseil.

My point is that if the appointment is meant to be for an indefinite period of time or for a term to be determined by the commissioner, that is what we should be saying here rather than using terminology which ordinarily would relate to a Governor-in-Council appointment or a Lieutenant Governor in Council appointment.
