E. considérant que, le 26 mars2015, une coalition d'États arabes menée par l'Arabie Saoudite et comprenant Bahreïn, l'Égypte, la Jordanie, le Koweït, le Maroc, le Qatar, le Soudan et les Émirats arabes unis, a lancé une opération militaire au Yémen contre des rebelles houthistes à la demande d'Abd Rabbouh Mansour Hadi, président du Yémen; que cette coalition utilise au Yémen, selon certaines sources, des bombes à fragmentation, qui sont pourtant bannies au niveau international, et que le recours à ces armes fait l'objet d'une enquête en cours du haut-commissaire des Nations unies pour les droits de l'homme;
