H. considérant que la Cour a reconnu à plusieurs reprises le droit des patients au remboursement des frais médicaux encourus dans un autre État membre, en distinguant cependant entre traitement en milieu hospitalier et traitement hors milieu hospitalier et en liant la mise en œuvre de ce droit à certaines conditions qui doivent en particulier assurer l'équilibre financier et la sécurité sociale, l'objectif étant toujours d'assurer un niveau élevé de protection de la santé,
H. whereas the European Court of Justice has repeatedly recognised claims by patients for the reimbursement of the costs of medical treatment in another Member State, although it has made a distinction between in-patient and out-patient treatment, attaching certain conditions to the assertion of such claims, which are intended in particular to ensure a balanced approach and social security, always with the objective of ensuring a high standard of health protection,
