(2) Employees of the Boise Cascade Corporation, the Ontario and Minnesota Pulp and Paper Co. Ltd., and the International Bridge and Terminal Company may continue to use the bridge now owned and operated by the International Bridge and Terminal Company for purposes arising out of their employment, except travel to and from their places of employment at the beginning and end of their work day.
