Ayant déterminé, après consultation du comité consultatif, qu'il existait des éléments de preuve suffisants pour ouvrir un réexamen au titre de l'expiration des mesures, la Commission a annoncé, le 30 janvier 2014, par un avis publié au Journal officiel de l'Union européenne (7) (ci-après l'«avis d'ouverture»), l'ouverture d'un réexamen au titre de l'expiration des mesures conformément à l'article 11, paragraphe 2, du règlement de base.
Having determined, after consulting the Advisory Committee, that sufficient evidence existed for the initiation of an expiry review, the Commission announced, on 30 January 2014, by a notice published in the Official Journal of the European Union (7) (‘the notice of initiation’), the initiation of an expiry review pursuant to Article 11(2) of the basic Regulation.
