"ordinary appeal" means any appeal which may result in the annulment or the amendment of the judgment which is the subject matter of the procedure of being certified as a European enforcement order the lodging of which is bound, in the Member State of origin, to a period which is laid down by the law and starts to run by virtue of that same judgment , when the judgment is pronounced or when it is served ;
