22. Recalls that the European Commission and the European Parliament have invited the Member States to involve their national parliaments and national civil society organisations in the elaboration of their National Reform Programmes (NRPs) and Stability and Conv
ergence Programmes (SCPs); calls on the Member States at least to inform their national parliaments about the content of their NRPs and their SCPs, while taking into account the opinion of the most representative social organisations and civil society; calls on the Member States to inform the European Institutions on the development of those national debates, where appropriate;

22. rappelle que la Commission et le Parlement européen ont invité les États membres à associer leurs parlements nationaux et les organisations de la société civile à l'élaboration de leurs programmes nationaux de réforme et de leurs programmes de stabilité et de convergence; demande aux États membres d'au moins, informer leurs parlements nationaux quant à la teneur de ces programmes et de tenir compte des avis des organisations sociales les plus représentatives et de la société civile; invite les États membres à informer les institutions européennes de l'évolution de leurs débats nationaux, le cas échéant;
