I raised this matter with the minister when he appeared before the committee in order to ascertain whether there had been a change in government policy relative to the recognition of the primacy of the Canadian Human Rights Act, which has been recognized in a number of judgments and which heretofore has been the undisputable policy of the Government of Canada.
