La seconde est l'article 19 de la Loi sur l'impôt qui permet aux contribuables d'obtenir une déduction fiscale s'ils annoncent dans un magazine canadien, c'est-à-dire un magazine dont la propriété est canadienne à 75 p. 100 et le contenu rédactionnel canadien à 80 p. 100. Toutefois, cette mesure est touchée par le présent projet de loi qui vise à restreindre cette disposition, suite à une recommandation en ce sens du groupe de travail.
The second one is section 19 of the Income Tax Act, which allows taxpayers to be granted a tax deduction if they advertise in a Canadian magazine defined as being 75 per cent Canadian owned with 80 per cent Canadian editorial content. However, this measure is affected by the bill before us which is aimed at tightening this provision, following a recommendation to this effect by the task force.
