(31 bis) Aucune disposition du présent règlement ne devrait interdire, même partiellement, à une contrepartie centrale relevant d'une entité souveraine de compenser un produit libellé dans la monnaie d'un autre État membre ou dans la monnaie d'un pays tiers, ou ne devrait faire obligation à une contrepartie centrale de posséder un agrément bancaire pour avoir accès aux facilités de trésorerie de banque centrale au jour le jour.
(31(a) Nothing in this Regulation should attempt to restrict or impede a CCP in one jurisdiction from clearing a product denominated in the currency of another Member State or the currency of a third country, or to require a CCP to have a banking licence in order to have access to day-to-day central bank liquidity.
