b) Si une partie considère qu'elle a un statut particulier, pour son territoire ou une région, du fait d'une maladie animale spécifique autre que celles visées à l'appendice III. A, elle peut solliciter la reconnaissance de ce statut conformément aux critères fixés dans l'appendice IV. C. La partie importatrice peut demander, pour les importations d'animaux vivants et de produits animaux, des garanties conformes au statut convenu des parties.
(b) Where a Party considers that it has, for its territory or a region, a special status with respect to a specific animal disease other than those in Appendix III. A., it may request recognition of this status in accordance with the criteria set out in Appendix IV. C. The importing Party may request guarantees in respect of imports of live animals and animal products, which are appropriate to the agreed status of the Parties.
