Dans son avis des 2 et 7 juillet 2009 (2), l’Autorité européenne de sécurité des aliments («l’Autorité») a conclu que la préparation enzymatique à base de sérine protéase produite par Bacillus licheniformis (DSM 19670) n’a pas d’effet néfaste sur la santé animale, la santé humaine ou l’environnement et que son utilisation peut permettre d’améliorer les performances des animaux.
The European Food Safety Authority (the Authority) concluded in its opinion of 2 and 7 July 2009 (2) that the enzyme preparation of serine protease produced by Bacillus licheniformis (DSM 19670) does not have an adverse effect on animal health, human health or the environment and that the use of that preparation can improve the performance of the animals.
