Un échantillon approprié de récipients finis, prélevé sur place par l'organisme notifié avant la mise sur le marché, est examiné et les essais appropriés, décrits dans les parties pertinentes des normes harmonisées, et/ ou des essais équivalents visés dans d'autres spécifications techniques pertinentes , sont effectués pour vérifier la conformité du récipient au type décrit dans l'attestation d'examen UE de type et aux exigences applicables de la présente directive.
An adequate sample of the final vessels, taken on site by the notified body before the placing on the market, shall be examined and appropriate tests as identified by the relevant parts of the harmonised standards and/ or equivalent tests set out in other relevant technical specifications , shall be carried out to check the conformity of the vessel with the type described in the EU-type examination certificate and with the relevant requirements of this Directive.
