En substance, ces propositions maintiennent les règles relatives à la première partie du mandat, sans apporter le moindre changement et, en ce qui concerne la deuxième partie du mandat, à savoir l’évaluation des modalités de mise en œuvre de l’acquis de Schengen par les États membres qui font déjà partie de l’espace Schengen, elles se contentent d’intégrer les récentes améliorations apportées à l’actuel mécanisme d’évaluation.
In essence, these proposals maintain the rules relating to the first part of the mandate without making any changes and, with regard to the second part of the mandate, or the evaluation of how the Schengen acquis is being implemented by the Member States that are already part of the Schengen area, they merely incorporate the recent improvements to the current evaluation mechanism.
